I can’t distinguish whether this "Men" means "people" or "men (male)".

The inclusion of the meanings of "human" and "man(male)" in "words that mean men" is something that many nations and ethnic groups have done, and not just in English.

In order to stop that discrimination against women, I believe that Man (Men) should be used only to mean "person, people".

And since there was no longer a word that means man(male), I came up with the word "Yomen".

In many countries, it is thought that words meaning "man(male)" were created first, and then words meaning "woman" were created.

In many countries, the word "woman" is derived secondarily from "man" or the word "she" from "he".

Man→Yoman Male→Yomale

Contrary to what has happened in the past, I created "Yoman (Yomen)" from "Woman (Women)".

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

The only three alphabetic characters that come after the [W] in Women are [X], [Y], and [Z].

With this newly coined term, the meaning of "nice men respect Women's equality" changes into

【Yomen of quality respect Women’s equality】.

With this change, the original sentence 【Men of quality respect women’s equality】 now means

【People of quality respect women’s equality 】 and only means "people (person)"!

*The discrimination against womenin the Chinese characters(Kanji) for "person" and "woman" still remains, but this change clears up the French and English problem with [MALE、MAN]!

By using "Man, Men" only to mean "person, people," they are able to include women, sexual minorities, people who feel that gender binaries are wrong, yomen, therefore all people in "Man, Men.

<Words for "women" around the world [visible cruel discrimination against women].

Words for yoman are included in words for woman, making it toxic masculinity (male chauvinism) words.

In Japanese, instead of using [女卑男尊(demean against women and respect for yomen)], we use [卑(respect for yomen and demean against women)], putting words to describe yomen before words to describe women.

Even the words for the severity of misogyny adds further misogyny by placing women behind yomen!

Examples: 男女平等(Gender Equality), 男女共同参画基法(Basic Law for Gender Equality), 男女雇用機会均等法(Equal Employment Opportunity Law)

Lamentably, in Japan, the names of important things and laws that assert equality and women's rights have been created in Yomale-dominated language.

※⇊I just looked up female (her) andmale (him) in Google Translate, so I think there are some mistakes.

female / maleFrench

woman / manEnglish) she / he Latin English

녀 / Korean

/ Chinese

This is seen in words such as [MALE], [MAN], [(child)], [(person)], etc., which are commonly used around the world with the intention of not including women as human beings.

This is horrible misogyny.

она / он(Serbian Russian) هوءَ / هو(Sindhi)

because Sindhi is a right-to-left language, I dared to write the words for women on the right(forward) side.

ella / ell Catalan

ela / el (Galici

ella / él Spanish

તેણી / તેGujarati

ona / on Bosnian, Czech, Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian

/ 彼 (日语:Japanese

"彼女(she)" and "he)" are not opposites. And he has the word [行人偏], which means "person".

The word [兄弟(brother)] sometimes means include women, sometimes means without women.

we Japanese have not been able to create a word like "siblings", which has no gender distinction in English。

And [父兄(father and older brother)] is used to mean guardian.

Among the [父兄(guardians)], the word "the older brother()" is used instead of "mother," even though the older brothers are almost never the guardians.

Many mothers are hurt by this term. This term is used like [father-son(父兄) visitation day], and single mother families feel alienated, as if no one of their families can visit.

Even if it is changed the name to [Mother-Father(母父) Visitation Day], there are children who do not have both parents present.

In some cases, the grandparents may visit the school because the parents are at work.

Also, both [mother-father] and [father-mother] are words that do not recognize the families of lesbian and gay couples.

保護者(The guardian) is better word than parent(親) or the other words(母父父母), I think.

Languages in which [word for women] may have been coined before [word for yomen].

When I typed [her] in Google Translate, it came out as "", and when I typed [him], it came out as "करा"!

It is hard to believe that the word for woman was born before the word for yoman.

(Maithili: Bihar, India and adjacent Nepal: 33.89 million speakers)

Needless to say, even if the language for women was born first, it does not mean that there is no discrimination against women.

<India>

The world knows the horrific discrimination against women in India, such as acid attacks, sati (a custom in which women who have lost their husbands are burned alive. The law banned it in 1829, but it still happens rarely and makes the news). And people do not try to have babies of girl or kill them after birth.

<Nepal>

Nepal is one of the poorest countries in Asia, where patriarchy remains the legal system.

Women in Nepal have very low status in health, education, income, decision making, and policy making.

Women's lives are restricted (especially in the suburbs, which are terrible).

Women's literacy rate is much lower than yomen's.

Women are forced to work long hours and few women hold professional positions.

Violence against women remains.

Girl prostitution is a social problem. 12,000 Nepalese women are sold to India annually.

There are 40,000 to 100,000 Nepalese prostitutes working in India (200,000 according to an American survey).

Many women are sold to Arab countries via India.

When I researched it, it turns out that Maithili's gender distinctions are also absent in verbs and pronouns.

So far, I do not know of any language in which a word for yomale was formed from a word for female.

I think people all over the world need to be aware of bringing the gender of the weakest muscle first when using or speaking the language.

You need to realize that the words they use on a daily basis are misogynistic.

You need to first understand for yourself that anyone who uses the terms "男女yoman and woman)" or "夫婦mr. and mrs.)" in such a sequence is discriminating against women, even if you are a woman.
